Meeting of the Deadly.

"So you dont want to be the best of your class? To have all the guys go after the most popular person, you?"Spencer was grinning on the inside, but frowning on the outside.

Sighing fustratedly, Lis glaced from Spencer to the skeltons. Was this really what she would sink as low as to get guys falling for her? Of course! "Ok I'll do it!" She said a little over-enthusasticly.

"Kay." Spencer smiled. "Let your training begin. First, hit me with your best shot..."

Lis stood there looking awkward. "Umm... what do you mean?" She asked confused. Hit as in... phsyicaly?

"What can you do?" Spencer asked, quizzically.

"Well I can-," She started slowly. "I can-." She didn't really want to say it. It was so stupid. "Fly." She mumbled so quietly that he would not hear her.

"Can you use a bow and arrow?" Spencer asked calmly.

"Never tried." she said awkwardly and appolageticly waiting for the 'you are an idiot' lecture.

Spencer grabbed a bow, and an arrow. He handed it to Lis. "Try and hit me with this very sharp arrow." He said to her, walking back for about twenty feet.

"Wait!" cried Lis. "I don't want to hurt you!" Never the less she took it, and held it ready but not pulling the string yet.

"Ill be fine, Just try your best and dont worry." Spencer smiled, and got into a ready position, standing with one foot infront of the other.

Lis pulled back on the string. She had never attempted at archery but knew how to do it. She had read about it while in her studies. Lis let go and the arrow had been aimed at the stomach. Unfortunatly... it ended up a little bit lower than that... in a more... unfortunate area. "Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry!" She said, shocked, though a little amused it had ended up there.

Spencer was glad that he had quick reflexes, or else she would have turned him from a rooster into a hen with one quick shot. Just before the arrow had hit, he had grabbed it. Unfortunatly, the arrow had pierced through his hand. When he lifted his hand up, the metal arrowhead was jabbed into it. "Crud... NICE SHOT!" Spencer called enthusiastically to lis. "Nice job!" Brittney had grabbed a rag and rubbed the wound, cleaning it, then taking out the arrow head.

Lis's face turned red with embarasment. "I was aiming higher... just so you don't think..." She laughed embarrased with what happened.

"NO NO NO THAT WAS EXCELLENT!" Spencer grinned as Brittney wrapped his hand. "It will heal soon enough. Now try while flying. Do you have any other powers?" He asked, curious.

Lis smiled sheepishly at the praise, clearly not expecting it. "Well, I can talk to animals."

"Will they fight for you?" Spencer asked, curious as hell.

"Of course not!" said Lis, astonished he would immediatly think of war. "Animals are such delicate creatures. Do you know how many times they compleain of humans are their wicked ways?"

"That is good. I would hate to see a poor creature like that in war. " Spencer was trying to play her emothions, seeing what she was like. Clearly, to be able to steal her powers, he would have to trick her or seduce her. He liked both ideas.

"Good," She said shortly. Lis paused, "So what else do you guys do?"

"Hang out, and sammy talks about boys. I and Otiar talk about girls, and we all just eat midnight snacks made by me." Spencer smiled, and so did brittney. "Yeah, his cooking is the best you will EVER find."

"Cool." Said Lis, her face lit up at the mention of food. "Could I try some?"

"Hey, okay. I just made it. Go ahead and sit at that table." Spencer put on an apron, and walked into the kitchen. Brittney led Lis to the table, and set her down in spencer's regular seat.

Lis sat down, getting hungryer by the seccond. She smiled, starting the like Spencer.
