Chaton moved his mouth close to her ear. "Tell me... what's wrong?"

nina wimpered, shaking her head 'no'

Chaton pulled away slightly, and nodded. He wrapped his arm around her shoulder, and led her to a fallen log. He set her down gently. Jackson watched this from in the trees. He regreted that he didn't tell Nina, and that he never spke up when she was looking for him.

nina started to shake hugging herself, tail curling around her.

Chaton knelt in front of her. He grabbed a spare tissue, and wiped her tears.

her tail slapped chatons hand away.

Chaton pulled his hand away quickly, and pocketed the tissue. "Please tell me?" Chaton asked once again.

"jackson....forest........gone," nina cryed out

Chaton's head snapped up when he heard the name 'jackson' "What about jackson in the forest? You cant find him?" He asked, highly suspicious of why Nina was looking for him in the first place.

nina nodded, new tears falling.

Jackson sighed. He knew he would have to come down sooner or later, and he was tired of watching Chaton. He climbed down slowly from the tree.

Chaton shook his head. "No, Jackson is here, just climbing.. Down. " Chaton pricked his ears up, and turned his head in the direction of the sound. "Bingo." He said. "Wait here..." Chaton told Nina, as he stood, and ran at full speed to the tree that Jackson was climbing down from. When Jackson was down, Chaton grabbed his arm, and sstarted pulling him acrossed the field back to Nina. Jackson didn't try to resist, he was jsut annoyed that he was found this quickly.

nuka looked at chaton dragging jackson, she wimpered.

Before Chaton and Jackson got to Nina, chaton stopped, and said to him, "Do you KNOW HOW MUCH YOU WORRIED NINA? Alot, that is the answer. SHE WAS WORRIED SICK! NOW GO OVER THERE AND APPOLOGIZE!" Jackson growled. "What I do is none of your business chaton. I will do what I see fit." Jackson walked past Chaton and to Nina, sitting on the grass beside the log, ignoring the glances from Chaton. Chaton half-glared at him. Jackson folded his arms.

nina side glanced at jackson, pulling up her legs, hugging. yet the tail poked jackson in the head...

Jackson looked quickly at the owner of the tail. "What?" He asked quietly. He wasn't going to say what he was origionally going to say. Chaton growled at Jackson. "I dont know what the problem is here, but someone better tell me quickly."
"A secret." Jackson told Chaton. Chaton gave a questioning look to Nina.

nina shrugged not sure herself.

Chaton looked back at Jackson. "What secret?" Jackson shook his head. "Not telling while you here." Chaton looked back at Nina, for approval.

nina looked at chaton, nodding for him to go

Chaton nodded, and then gave a quick warning glance at Jackson. He walked past him, and headed to the group of others. When Jackson was sure he was far enough away. "So. " He clasped his hands together. he sighed. "Grrrr... Welll, I guess I have to tell you now, so here it goes.... Nina... I like you ALOT... The reason I was so rude... I was afraid to tell you that I...." His voice trailed off again.

nina turned to jackson in question.

Jackson ran a hand through his hair, and took a deep breath. "I.. I was afraid that I would fall in love with you..." He closed his eyes tight and added, "And I have..." He was too afraid of her reaction.

nina looked at jackson, wideye and blushing like crazy.

Jackson sighed, opened his eyes and stared at the ground. "I bet you hate me now huh...." He asked, laying his head in his hands.

nina got up from her spot, getting to jackson's level, she hugged him. tail curling around him.

Jackson sighed in relief. He hugged her back, and looked at the ground. "I... Still dont think it was right of me to treat you like that..." Jackson whispered, mad at himself.
